I threw some chicken breasts in the IP with a jar of salsa verde. We'll shred the chicken and make that into tacos for dinner. I hesitate to call it cooking, but my oldest just loves it. All I have to do is chop up a bunch of veggies to go with the chicken.
I wish it weren't so hot (90's all week) because I just want to bake.

I added chopped carrots and cucumber because why not. It was super delicious! Then I grilled some marinated chicken breasts.

I made a new dessert recipe tonight. rhubarb crisp in the crock pot. It worked out really well!
for dinner we had chicken and veggies. Our old standby when I have no clue what to cook for dinner.
