Last night everyone else ate and church for dinner and I stayed home with the stomach bug. Tonight we are having something with the ground beef I thawed out with broccoli and salad.

We had cilantro shrimp scampi on top of organic brown rice and zucchini fried in real organic butter and salt/pepper last night. We are having sausage and eggplant arribata today.

Mojo Chicken in the crockpot tonite (I think that's the name of it...lime juice, olive oil, cumin, 6 cloves garlic, oregano salt and pepper)....green beans(sauteed?) and .... ???? Salad?

Sloppy joes on kaisers, potato skins and Caesar salad. I haven't ever made sloppy joes before, DH wants them.

I'm trying it for the first time today - a crock pot dinner with sweet potatoes and an onion, chicken sprinkled with paprika, thyme, and salt and then covered with peach preserves (I use the naturally sweetened kind). I'm hoping it's as good as it sounds.

I really appreciate this thread because whenever it pops up in my CP it reminds me to get meat out of the freezer.

You know, for some reason I have never considered having stroganoff with rice.

I haven't had it much since going GF last year, due to the cost/texture of the GF noodles. I think I'm putting it on the menu in the next few weeks and using rice and see how that goes over!

we always had stroganoff with rice growing up, since my mom has celiac. totally seems normal to me!

Pork with peanut sauce in the crockpot stir fried veggies and brown rice.

And of course for Mr. Pickypants. Grilled peanut butter and jelly, and some yogurt.
