Re: SO what is for dinner?
Dh is going to grill some strip steaks. There are potato wedges in the oven, and also a covered dish full of veggies. Broccoli, zucchini, grape tomato, eggplant, mushrooms and some olive oil and seasonings.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
This is perfect I was just thinking of what to do for dinner and was going to ask everyone what they wanted. Thanks for reading my mind.
I have some burger that is defrosting and Glenn wants yams to go with whatever I make. I am lost from here. Any ideas I was thinking of mashed potatoes and hamburger gravy with yams on the side, but have no potatoes so I would have to go to the store. |

Re: SO what is for dinner?
We ended up eating leftovers Chicken, baked sweet potatoes with plenty of butter, cream spinach (20 oz frozen spinach, 8 oz cream spinach, 1 stick butter, 1/4 tsp. marjoram). I made wheat-free chocolate chip cookies last night so I'm sure we'll enjoy some for dessert!
