Re: SO what is for dinner?
I think I am going to attempt some gluten free falafel. I am also going to make some spinach and mushroom Alfredo with GF fettuccine for DBF to take home since he is vegetarian at the moment.

Chicken chili in the crockpot with toppings - tortilla chips, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, squeeze of lime and sour cream.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
I've got white chicken chili in the crockpot right now too! We're having cornbread and raw veggies and honeydew melon with it.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
I'm hoping that DH will decide something for dinner...otherwise I think I'll just throw some ham and potatoes in a casserole dish and throw cheese at it. call it dinner.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Whatever I scrounge up for myself. So far it's been tea and a makeshift salad today. Supper will be whatever leftovers I come across first in the freezer. DH and the girls are at the farm; MIL will have some sort of meat and potatoes supper (they're beef ranchers) on the go and dessert will likely involve a "recipe" from Kraft. DD1 will be in heaven and DD2 will come home veggie-starved and scrounging in the fridge... unless grandma has pickles. All meals for her can be rescued with pickles.
