Default Good organization to donate washer and dryer to?

Been trying to sell a washer and dryer. DH wants to donate them. I want to donate to a good place. Suggestions?

Do you have a restore locally they are connected to habitat for humanity. They will take them and check them over and sell them

A fb friend was looking for a set for a refugee family. Is there an org that helps with that near you? Or a domestic violence org?

I think they do. I also really like that the store has people on staff to check and if need be fix all the appliances before they are put out for sail.

We donate things like that to our local habitat for humanity restore.

I haven't looked in to their specific practices but I know that we have also purchased a lot of items there and it has been a fantastic resource for us so I feel good about also donating.
