I've not had any luck using the mixer to shred chicken either. I have a friend who swears by it, but I can't make it work. (And it's more mess to clean up than using a couple of forks. )

I've got salmon cakes mixed up in the fridge that just need to be formed and fried. I need to do a grocery run for veggies, though - I'm out of just about everything!
