I made chicken Alfredo casserole tonight. I planned out all of my dinners for the next month, and this was the last carb heavy dinner I have planned.

groceries have gotten so expensive I feel like Im having to go back to our food stamp budget shopping days but just spending more money. On the menu for this week
Today: bean chalupas topping choices were lettuce, tomato, diced onion, black olives, cojita cheese and avocado rest of week no particular order pasta with homemade marinara sauce ground beef potatoes and peppers minestrone soup with rolls chicken fajitas

I know its officially June. . . but I did something different and it turned out really cute and a big hit.
I did those mini - tacos or wonton tacos.
