We had seasoned ground beef mixed with leftover homemade mac & cheez and peas. DH will have his with green beans since he hates peas

Re: SO what is for dinner?
I don't like peas either. And I serve them to my kids and make them eat them. Somehow they have yet to notice that I don't eat them.
We had tacos for dinner.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Karisa, gimme your addy. I'm driving to your place with a bucket of garden peas in early July. The absurdity of such a statement, really...

Re: SO what is for dinner?
My DH doesn't like peas either. I never just serve peas as a side because I know this, but I'll sometimes make a dish with peas mixed together with lots of other stuff... and at the end of the meal he has eaten around every. single. tiny. pea. and left them in a little pile on his plate. I love peas.

Chicken and barley soup for the boys. They're feeling funky today. Since hubs doesn't think soup can be a meal regardless of the ingredients, I'll make him a cheese panini in addition.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Oh! Thank you for this thread. It reminded me to put dinner in the crock pot. We are having sweet potato chicken casserole. I'm debating on whether to make dinner rolls or quick biscuits to go with it.
