Trader Giotto's gnocchi with gorgonzola. Two of my kids have to be out the door by 5 on Tuesdays and I forgot to plan ahead. TJ's gnocchi is one of my freezer meals.

Bacon cheddar chicken with baked potato (dh), baked sweet potato (me), rice (kids). I’ll add broccoli to my plate as well.

I was at the hospital all day with my dad so dinner was thrown together last minute. Thankful for my ip! Bbq chicken breasts and potatoes in the IP. Broccoli, cauliflower and brussel sprouts in the steamer.

Quick healthy and delicious.

Had a headache and felt worn out today. Dinner was cheese toast with Trader Joe's clam chowder. TJ's really came to my rescue this week.

Tomorrow is ski school, all day, so we're having spaghetti and salad tomorrow night.
