Easy breakfast muffins

These actually started out as something else that didn't work great lol.

None of the ingredients are really exact.

A pound or so of Ground sausage (beef or turkey is what I use)
a few big handfuls of cheddar cheese
a cup or so of bisquik
a cup or two Frozen or fresh hashbrowns
diced onions
egg

Brown the sausage and drain. Mix with everything else and press the mixture into a well greased muffin tin.

Bake at 450 for 150-20 minutes. I used mini muffin tins. Bigger ones would take longer. I just watch for them to brown on top.

Tasty and portable.

Oh that sounds totally yummy! Sort of like sausage balls only muffin sized
