The heat is making my bread spoil too quickly!
Our mobile home really traps the heat during the day and I'm finding my homemade bread is molding after just a couple of days. Other than putting it in the fridge (where it will surely dry out)...any ideas about how to slow down the spoilage?

I use the fridge...I'd rather have dry bread than moldy bread

if you wrap your bread properly it shouldn't dry out in the fridge
