Re: SO what is for dinner?
We had fettuccini alfredo with a side of sauteed spinach and mushroooms. I was going to do a salad, but decided I didn't want to go to all that work.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
I could probably make a salad in like three minutes flat including a lemon vinaigrette. I just didn't want to. But now I really want salad.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
cubed venison with sauteed sweet onions, green beans, and boiled new potatoes. The meat and onions was awesome and totally satisfied my craving for a hamburger!

Re: SO what is for dinner?
I hate making salads, too... it's the tedius washing of the lettuce that turns me off. I could eat salad all day if someone else washes the lettuce.

Re: SO what is for dinner?
I use the Rachael Ray method. Fill a big bowl with cold water. Chop lettuce and drop in water. Swish. Remove by handfuls and dry in salad spinner

I fear that I will chop in some fruit flies if I don't inspect each piece

Re: SO what is for dinner?
Last night was a scrounge up dinner night (no unthawed meat), and I settled on almond flour pancakes with blueberries.
Tonight I'm kind of set on picking up some fish... hopefully something wild caught and on special.
