I need ideas for christmas dinner

One of my children is vegetarian,on will not eat pork.I need some ideas for christmas dinner.We will be spending christmas with the inlaws so I need something that can be frozen or prepared ahead of time and taken and heated up for christmas dinner for them.
PLEASE?

Do you want it to "match" what everyone else is having? Because you could always just make whatever they love to eat. I usually make whatever they want. That way they don't feel left out or like they just have this one thing to eat. Like a big hummus/falafel platter.

We usually just eat side dishes, and I always bring some soy protein bars for us to have in our room later that night if we need/feel like it.

If you want something specifically for them, why not ask MIL if she'd mind either making or having you bring some nice mac-n-cheese casserole for the children? I've found my family gets offended if I bring something that they might not have minded making for the kids in the first place. It makes my MIL feel good to cook for her grandson...maybe yours might feel the same way?
