Please share what you are having each day for your main meal. Links, recipes, photos welcome!

I'm planning to make beef and potato pie tonight and maybe use the leftovers on Monday due to a late appointment then leaving me without much time to make something new.

Lemon rosemary roast chicken. I haven't figured out sides yet but I might pick up something at the store later.

Whatever night. I'm having Cream of Wheat, DD had macaroni & cheese and seaweed snacks, and DH had random leftovers from the fridge.

Re: April's Dinners
It's Easter for us (He is risen! ) so I'm going a bit over the top food-wise and doing roast duck with sage and onion stuffing and veggies tonight. Plus traditional desserts to follow. We'll probably all be completely full afterwards but, hey, it's a happy occasion!

Re: April's Dinners
Dd's 15th birthday so the dinner today was by her request. Roasted chicken quarters. Roasted carrots. Mashed potatoes and gravy.
For dessert we had homemade gluten free raspberry cheesecake topped with white chocolate.
