back pain

i can not rember if i posted on this b4.. when i was in labor w ds3 ( 5 in september) i felt something in my way lower back ( tail bone??) pop
when i went home i was in pain for days,,
but the thing is its almost 5 yrs and i still have pain.. it comes and goes..
there is a spot around the tail bone area that if you were to walk up behind me and lightly poke at i would probably clobber you

i almost always wake in pain in the am..

getting down on the floor hurts too..
i just don't understand its been 5 yrs.,, what did i .. or he do to my back..
do you think it was the labor.. or just a coincidence..
i suppose i need a chiro.. just wish i could afford it .

any other ideas/ suggestions

Yoga stretches are good for bad backs.....

It sounds familiar but I don't know what the name of it is. I don't have it but seem to recall people talking about having something similar.

A chiro would help, but just general stretches might be all you can do unless you can get conventional treatment somehow.
