No, I just seasoned thin cut chicken breasts from Aldi that way and sauteed them in a pan in olive oil. I saw a pin on Pinterest for everything bagel seasoned chicken and I didn't even read the recipe, just tried to replicate the spices I thought were on an everything bagel. It turned out okay but probably would have been better if I'd actually read the recipe.

Re: May Dinners
Another busy night with dd and ds having soccer practice at different times so no time to eat all together (its why we always do a sit down breakfast). I think Ill do soup and croissants with just cold veggies on the side. Then everyone can eat at different times if needed.
Dh comes home tomorrow.

Re: May Dinners
I'm so tired of this meal but it is the only one I can think of to make that will be ready without any extra prep between ballet and church as we only have 30 minutes to eat and clean up. Thankfully this is the last night of ballet for awhile so I will not be making this meal again anytime soon - ham, crockpot au gratin potatoes, green beans, arugula salad.

Re: May Dinners
Thai basil chicken, white rice, roasted broccoli and cilantro/chicken wontons. Such an easy recipe and my family loves it so much.

Re: May Dinners
We had deconstructed kabobs over rice.
(By which I mean I couldn't find the bamboo skewers for the kabobs I was planning to have tonight, so I just tossed all of the stuff I would have used for kabobs into a cast iron skillet and grilled it that way. Which was fine.)

Those blackened fish tacos were really, really yummy. Remember this is a girl who really doesn't care for fish. I'm going to make this often, I think. It's pretty easy. The fish did fall apart in the skillet when I tried to turn it over, but I guess it was fine since we were eating it as tacos. I did add a little lemon to the fish because it makes it more palatable for me.
