Sam's Club has a new product with zucchini noodles in a basil pesto sauce. I just made some of that with some grilled chicken for a late lunch. It wasn't too bad - I am going to buy more next time I go.

Tonight we had thai basil sesame cashew chicken with coconut rice, and roasted broccoli. Big hit for everyone (although the kids picked out the bell peppers...haha).

Tonight we just grabbed random things out of the fridge, so silami sticks and veggies. Today is DD's first day of college. We were supposed to move her in on Saturday and it's all virtual right now so she's still home. We're going to take her to her favorite restaurant for dinner to "celebrate" so I'm not cooking.
