That is very wise! dh offered to grill brats tonight. Not my favorite. Maybe if we add in salmon burgers or chicken breasts. . .

I'll probably break out the IP one day, but I also have LOTS of salad fixings and some good ideas from this thread.

Sam's Club has a new product with zucchini noodles in a basil pesto sauce. I just made some of that with some grilled chicken for a late lunch. It wasn't too bad - I am going to buy more next time I go.

We decided on brats & turkey burgers. Only problem? No premade turkey burgers in the freezer. I think bottomless pit #1 consumed the last one on Friday.

Tonight we had thai basil sesame cashew chicken with coconut rice, and roasted broccoli. Big hit for everyone (although the kids picked out the bell peppers...haha).

I hope the grilling went well!

Tonight we just grabbed random things out of the fridge, so silami sticks and veggies.

I think tomorrow is going to be pasta salid ( pasta,goat cheese, chickpeas, tomatoes,spinach)

I think I am also going to make a black eyes peas Salsa, even though the girls don't like it

Today is DD's first day of college. We were supposed to move her in on Saturday and it's all virtual right now so she's still home.

We're going to take her to her favorite restaurant for dinner to "celebrate" so I'm not cooking.
