Re: March 2020 dinners.
We have a friend who smokes meat (pork). They gave us a bunch of frozen bags when we had the baby. So we threw a frozen bag in boiling water to thaw it and put it on top of tortilla chips and melted cheese— super delicious and easy to eat with a baby in my lap!!

Re: March 2020 dinners.
Monday we had Asian meatballs and roasted broccoli.
Last night we had Greek Salmon Salad. DD2 brought her boyfriend for dinner and said his two favorite desserts are churros and cream puffs....I found a recipe for churro cream puffs! They were yummy! I had never made cream puffs before but they were so much easier than I had imagined. Tonight DH and I are going out with friends.

Re: March 2020 dinners.
I think I'm going to try to make a gluten free and egg free breading for tilapia tonight and pan fry it and serve it with wild rice pilaf, broccoli, and homemade caper tarter sauce.

Re: March 2020 dinners.
I've never tried it, so I can't say that it's good or not.
DH emailed me a recipe from NY Times Cooking section. (NYT Cooking requires and account to directly access - I don't have one or I'd post it for you.) The broth is : 3lbs bones and 1 lb brisket 1/2 Fuji apple onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, fish sauce, sugar 30 minutes in the IP, 20 minutes in a traditional stove-top pressure cooker Traditional toppings to serve: 6 oz thinly sliced beef steak (sirloin, eye of round, I'm using tenderloin) rice noodles cilantro, chilis, etc. The apple is a little non-traditional from what I've seen in other recipes, but the rest looks pretty standard.
