I made dairy free clam chowder. It was yummy! Fresh bread and dd made an awesome salad. All shared with friends.

I do assure you however, that it sounds much more impressive than it is. I had all the ingredients on hand and I do love to cook. But nonetheless I will gladly take all the awards that I can from my fellow mamas because I'm not convinced that my children really know how good they have it most days.

Our friends got sick so I played chicken soup fairy and delivered soup tonight and then left dh home with the girls while I went clothes shopping. I am grabbing Chinese for me just now.
