facebook "jail"

So, since Saturday, Facebook has decided to lock my account and not let me back in. I had to send a photo to verify who I am, then wait to be reapproved to go back. I have an idea how this happened, but it's not that I did anything wrong. I've tweeted at facebook, I've waited as patiently as I can, but I'm still not getting any further at recovering my account.

Does anyone know how I can go about this successfully? Who to tweet, email, phone call?

One person I know that keeps getting thrown in FB jail has 30 day sentences. I don't know who she appeals to though.

Fb customer service is horrendous.

When you are back, set up the phone verification and friend verification.

I will. This is really ridiculous. I can't wait 30 days. I have obligations to my coloring teams.

I've found an email and actually gotten a response. Please please pray this works because I'm so out of the loop even on local news because it is *all on facebook* if you don't have (can't afford) local newspapers.
