"Daniel Fast" While Breastfeeding?

Does the Daniel Fast in this link look like one that would cause much detoxing while breastfeeding, or does it look like it would be mostly healthy-ish changes that would be ok? The little one who is breastfeeding is 4 years old and nurses throughout the night but not during the day. My diet lately has been pretty crappy so that would be my concern about whether this would cause significant detoxing.

I don't think it will negatively affect your nursling. If it were me, I would do it.

If you are changing your diet to be healthier as the pages seems to represent, then that would be fine. If it's more of a true "fast" and you would expect to detox (which the page does not suggest), I would not.

That said - from what I read this one sounds fine.

Thanks all! That thought crossed my mind too... if I can use this to springboard myself into healthier eating patterns... there will be a long-term improvement in the milk supply.

Oh and, are there ways to minimize the effects on milk supply? Or would it be so minimal that there's nothing to worry about?

I really wouldn't worry. You won't be putting anything into your milk supply that you haven't already been putting in while you were eating whatever else you were eating. It's basically just a really healthy diet.
