Carob
What are the advantages to using carob in a recipe as opposed to cocoa? It seemed to be rather popular about a decade ago, but, I haven't seen as many recipes with it now. Also, does anyone know if it's cup for cup or what the conversion is?

I've started to look for carob because most chocolate I can get has milk in it. But the only carob I've found in the store does too.
