We had this last night and I made double, so we're having it again tonight. My family loved it. It's definitely reminiscient of comfort food from my childhood.

Chicken divan (we had it with rice and salad)

I used fresh broccoli because I don't like frozen broccoli. If I make it again, I will skip the sautee and steam step for the broccoli. It cooks PLENTY in the oven. Maybe those steps are needed for frozen broccoli to reduce moisture.

I also skipped the parmesan because there was already so much dairy. Didn't miss it at all.

You don't taste the cumin. It balances beatifully with the dijon mustard.

Our dinners are just weird these days. Ds eats chipotle every night because he works there and dd makes her own Chinese food for every meal. Dh is home sometimes and sometimes not.

So tonight I had leftover Chicken fajitas with homemade tortillas.

I made Chicken Jalapeno Popper Soup (from the THM cookbook so there were lots of hidden veggies). My kids don't eat soup,

so they had hot dogs.
