Re: November's Dinners
I KNOW! I had planned to add the turkey to the sautee mix for the boats but then I had more than enough to fill the zuke and decided to save the turkey for other meals.
I think we will actually be able to finish up the remaining turkey today!

We ate SOOOO bad last week so I'm trying to be better this week. Tonight we're trying One-Pot Chicken Fajita Pasta and a southwest cabbage salad.

Tonight was turkey taco soup and homemade bread. That was just about all the leftover turkey.

Re: November's Dinners
Shredded barbecue chicken in the crockpot tonight on homemade rolls. Probably steamed broccoli on the side.

Re: November's Dinners
bourbon chicken in the IP and thai coconut rice also in the IP. I scored an 8qt on amazon on Black Friday. That means I can make enough for my family all at once. Dh thinks I should sell the smaller one.

Re: November's Dinners
I made sloppy joes tonight. Haven't made them in quite a while but in honour of our clean out the freezer challenge, and the few packs of buns in there, sloppy joes were an easy solution.

Re: November's Dinners
Last night was shrimp fried rice, roasted asian broccoli, asian salad and naan.
Tonight was supposed to be leftovers but I couldn't do it...I don't like leftovers. So I threw together an egg/chicken sausage/swiss cheese bake with a fruit salad.
