Recommend a good vegetarian cookbook
with easy to follow, family-friendly recipes for someone wanting to ease into some vegetarian eating.
What are the best ones? Thanks!

Vegetarian-the Crank's Bible by Nadine Abensur (it's British but I should imagine it's easy to get on Amazon/ebay) Crank's fast food (supposedly recipes that take under 30 minutes but that doesn't happen in this house ) by the same author is also good.
