How do I save overcooked and too thick strawberry jam?
I overcooked my strawberry jam and it's very thick and unspreadable. I don't want to throw it out (I made about 4 small jars of it). Suggestions re what I can do with it?

Re: How do I save overcooked and too thick strawberry jam?
It's already canned or put up for freezing?
You can thin it out by heating it up with a little water before you serve it. Also, thinned out jam is very good as a filling for cakes or cookie bars. Blessings, Kelly
