To sprout...soak over night, drain in the am, rinse twice and drain as much as you can. Let sit, continue to rinse and drain 3-4x's a day until you see little sprouts coming out of the beans. It depends on the beans....some take 24 hours...some take.....3-4 days. You don't want then siting in water after the first soak....just slightly damp. you can do this in a jar or some people transfer to a big bowl of colandar once they are doing the "sprouting" part.
