i just got 5 veggie cookbooks from freecycle (as well as 2 china plates, bowls, and cups with a 'barnyard' theme for DD that the giver intended for a veggie kiddo) off of FREECYCLE

can i just say, on a somewhat unrelated note, how GOOD i feel? going 90% raw, and 10% veggie is doing WONDERFUL things for me

i am so clear-headed, my energy levels are up, my moods are stable,i'm sleeping better...and even though i haven't resumed my exercise regime yet, my body is changing noticeably after just a week or so

WHY didn't i make this change sooner?

Wow!! That is sooo cool! I used to give stuff to free-cycle ALL the time, but it's been years. Maybe I"ll sign up again! and pray for some veggie cookbooks!
