Can someone explain Tulas to me?

I found the tula very comfortable, but of you can try one on before you get it, I would. Everyone likes different things based on their body.

The market Isn't good now, so you can probably find one less than retail in the BST pages. And fortunately there aren't fake tulas being made.

And again, I totally get people loving their carrier, and if I see a mama with a carrier I have used and liked or with one I've never seen before and think looks really interesting/comfy/terrific I'll totally smile, say oh I loved that too and it was a lifesaver, or ask a question about if they like their carrier, etc.

And I guess the only "harm" to me is that it seems like you can't really easily buy a used Tula for less than a new, but I guess that just means I can get a new one! The whole phenomenon is still mystifying to me... I am also a turned off by labels on clothes, shoes, accessories in general-- I could like a purse but if it had a Coach label on it that was visible, I wouldn't buy it for that reason. I don't like feeling "branded" in any way, and maybe the Tula hype with the brand also just rubs me the wrong way? I don't know. And all mainstream carriers have brands on them so there's no way to avoid it.

Hmm, that is interesting. I actually removed the Ergo label from my carrier 6 years ago and replaced it with a neat swirly iron on patch. Heh. And I dyed the tan Ergo to brown.

Glad to hear the Tula comes up a bit higher than Ergo. Sometimes toddlerrs arch backwards, my daughter did that a lot. I felt like the Ergo needed to be taller for her. Son always rode happily and snuggled towards me.




I am getting excited for this new baby! Hope new baby likes the carrier.

ladies...I went down the rabbit hole! just a little bit. My stepmom really wanted to order me something for my birthday, so I got a mesh standard Tula. I tried it on once and really liked it...it is quite comfortable. I am still debating if I need two mesh SSCs (I have a Lillebaby Airflow complete that I've been using the heck out of this summer so far and while I think the Tula is slightly more comfortable for me, I think the head support feature in the Lillebaby is more comfy for DD....)

anyways I just wanted to say I may have succumbed to the Tula craze a teensy bit I may return the mesh one and get a super cute print canvas one...

I haven't made the plunge... I love the fit of the Boba but maybe a toddler Tula is in my future
