Apple-carrot salad

It's very simple, but very tasty. I threw this together tonight from what was in my fridge and pantry, and I like it enough to want to remember it for later.

The roughage:
1 carrot, cut into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
1/2 a Granny Smith apple, ditto
Handful of raisins
Handful of slivered almonds

The dressing:
2 oz orange juice
A squeeze of lemon juice
A few squeezes of flaxseed oil
Spoonful of honey
Pinch of kosher salt

Mix, eat, and enjoy!

I know this post is old, but it looks really good, I'm going to make get the ingredients tomorrow & make it for my AP playgroup on Fri. I'll let you know how it turns out!
