I made a curry chicken and veggie stir fry over zucchini noodles.

Homemade chocolate pudding for dessert.

Tacos! ground beef with refried beans. My new fave add in is bagged coleslaw mix, with sour cream, lime juice and chipotle child powder.

That taco addition sounds really good!

I made pizzas for my guys on ready made naan bread, on a gf bagel for dd, and for myself I put pepperoni and cheese on sliced baked Delicata squash (you can eat the skins, too! so quick and easy) and put it all under the broiler. I'd try that with cooked kale or raw zucchini, too.

Sadly, I do not have any to contribute today. I made wild caught sockeye salmon, roasted parm crusted zucchini strips and steamed green beans.
