Banana-Peanut Butter Smoothie
This is REALLY good! I need a pretty high protein breakfast in order to keep my blood sugar steady, and this was a great way to get it!
Smoothie: 8 ounces plain soy milk (I used vanilla) 3-5 large ice cubes 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter 1 tablespoon honey (I omitted this and saved the 70 calories ) 1 large ripe banana Throw it in a blender and voila!
