We had taco salads with tempeh as our protein (which the baby seems to like pretty well).

Pineapple ham, crock pot mashed potatoes, roasted veggies - green beans, radishes, carrots, and asparagus from the garden, crescent rolls for those who could eat them, Reese's peanut butter cups (which has become an Easter tradition in our house).

Rib eye steaks, cauliflower garlic "bread" sticks, and salad.

Kids had pizza.

Also I made some cinnamon roll fat bombs for dessert (keto diet thing). They are pretty good.

I had a little bit of red beans in the freezer but it was mostly "juice." I sauteed chicken with some liquid smoke, then simmered it in the defrosted red beans. Made coleslaw to go with it.
