Default Anyone else make zuchinni "chips?"

by dehydrating sliced zuchinni? I LOVE them with a bit of garlic salt. A good alternative for me and my *ahem* "chip" addiction.

Sounds yummy, nutritious, and a terrific way to deal with excess zucchini. Please share!

I do, but not by dehydratin zucchini slices - I use Elie Krieger's recipe and they are delicious!
