Raw Vegan Banana Crackers (with step by step pictures)

I finally got out my dehydrator. Evan is quitting smoking during our break and I felt like I should do something, too.

2 cups soaked flax seeds

3 bananas

1 1/2 oranges juiced. I just roll them on the counter really well and stab a fork in there.

The batter is like really guppy oatmeal.

It made 3 trays.

I'll try to get pics when they are done tomorrow.

wow! cool! I wonder if you can use something besides oranges or citrus?

ohhhhh, now I want a food dehydrator. Maybe one day. Things to add to list:

Food Dehydrator
Bread Machine
Yogurt Maker

How about apple juice? I really don't think raw food is an exact science. I just read that they were good with raw almond butter and honey on top. I do think I was suppose to put more flax seeds, but I just dumped all the flax I had left in the jar last night. I was suppose to soak 2 cups, but oh well. I hope they aren't too soft. They look fine so far. I guess they always be really fiberous fruit leather
