Chicken casserole in the slow cooker for tonight. It's got potatoes, carrots and parsnips in, and I'll serve it with some green vegetables (probably broccoli and green beans).

I'm really trying to use up food we already have at home, so using ground turkey from the freezer. Tonight I'm trying some calzone's with homemade turkey meatballs inside along with a Italian side salad.
