Re: 100% RAW "Better Than Cheeze-It" cracker recipe
I find it . The recipe sounds like it would mask it though.

Re: 100% RAW "Better Than Cheeze-It" cracker recipe
mmm just whipped up a batch, so yummy. My Dh can't believe there's no cheese in it! DD doesn't like it, hopefully when it's in a cracker form she'll change her mind. I loved that the recipe fit in my standard sized magic bullet...so easy to make!
on my nutritional yeast package it says the following: benefits: adds great flavor to your meals without adding sodium, helps you prepare delicious alternatives to meat and dairy products. full of B-complex vitamins, candida albicans free, contains no preservatives. suggested use: as a supplement to your diet, add two tsp to your favourite morning juice. sprinkle on popcorn for a great tasting nutritional snack. product info: a tasty dietary supplement specially designed to meet the nutitional needs of vegetarians and anyone needing a rich source of B vitamins. although mine does say 'vegetarian support formula' just thought some of you might find this interesting. i have it in the house for another recipe, but never read the package, i suppose i should be eating more of this stuff

Re: 100% RAW "Better Than Cheeze-It" cracker recipe
I wonder if we tried spreading it on parchment paper in the oven? Then we could peel it off, like they do the dehydrator sheets?

Re: 100% RAW "Better Than Cheeze-It" cracker recipe
I have to admit I was kinda skeptical to try this, but I went ahead and bought all of the ingredients to make it last week. I finally got around to putting it together today. Oh my goodness, it is so good!!!!! We've been eating the thinner bits right out of the dehydrator even though the thicker parts need a little more time. My kids did try it and didn't like it. Oh well, more for me I guess.

Re: 100% RAW "Better Than Cheeze-It" cracker recipe
I totally have to make these! I need to get groceries tomorrow, so I am DEFINITELY picking up the stuff I need for these! My oven goes as low as 100...so should I put it there, with the door open? For how long, approximately?

Re: 100% RAW "Better Than Cheeze-It" cracker recipe
Is nutritional yeast the same thing as Brewer's yeast?
also, what's with the soaking cashews? do you soak them in water plus an acid medium, like with grains?
