You'll not have artificial food coloring, or corn syrup, but a lot of sugar still. Your best bet on clear liquids is bone broth, nutritionally speaking.

I just made the Jello. Thanks . got thru that 8 hrs really well with solid food at 5:30 am and jello and broth for lunch
