Red beans and Rice last night.
I need a Fishy Friday meal, but I'm a little stumped. I know have frozen fish sticks, but.......I'm not sure I have any real fish in the freezer.

Kids & dh had spaghetti & meatballs.

Thai green chicken curry from Carlsbad Cravings. It was really good but her panang curry is better (it's better than takeout).
We have leftovers but I'm saving them for Sunday. Tomorrow is Lemon Basil chicken with roasted vegetables and pasta, also from Carlsbad Cravings. |

Last night we had veggie and lentil soup as I have 2 sick atm.
Tonight I think it will be sausages and veggies because thats quick and easy and I'm just tired.

Dd18's work closed for at least 2 weeks. She has her last final tomorrow morning. I am making her favorite for dinner tonight - fajitas.
Tomorrow will be corned beef with roasted potatoes & roasted cabbage.
