Re: December Meals
Last night was pasta with browned butter and myzithra.
Tonight, if we can, we are driving around to look at lights with my married kiddos. It’s currently snowing so we’ll see. Dinner plan is finger foods- meats, cheese, crackers, fruit , etc. In the queue - Zuppa Toscana, chicken soft tacos, beef & broccoli, beef stroganoff, sloppy joes, latkes, and Asian burritos. I made a huge pot of sauce and fed the munchkins Spaghetti and meatballs for dinner.

Re: December Meals
We had two nights of pizza and salads. Much needed break from cooking and cleaning up!

Re: December Meals
Last night was chicken noodle soup, salad with homemade ranch, and gluten free biscuits. Tonight is Kung pao chicken over rice, broccoli and carrots. Tomorrow night will be roast, carrots, green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy, gluten free egg free chocolate cheesecake.

Re: December Meals
All week I've been eating the coconut curry chicken soup I made Monday when dh left town. Not sure what the teens have been eating!
I think we'll have chili and beans tonight because I need leftovers both for my Christmas dinner. We're having tamales and some people will want chili on theirs and I'll do refried beans with my leftovers beans. I need to make extra. Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk

Re: December Meals
This week I've made meatloaf, baked potatoes with whipped feta, and green beans and then Mediterranean pasta and Greek salad. I'm planning a pot of potato soup for the weekend plus charcuterie for a New Year's Eve.
