frequency of supplements
What kind of difference does taking supplements every other day versus every day make?

Re: frequency of supplements
I kind of think of it like flossing. I asked my dental hygenist once "I can't handle flossing every day. What if I do it a couple times a week?" She replied that any amount was better than none! ;-)
For me, my body feels different when it doesn't have the consistent supplements that I take. Within a couple days I definitely am thinking "What on earth is going on with my body?!" and then I realize that I have forgotten to take them for a few days. I do feel best when I get them consistently every day. But I think that taking them sometimes would be better than none at all.

Re: frequency of supplements
I think it can depend on the supplement. If you're taking something for continued health, then daily will probably be ideal. If you're taking something for acute onset issues, then it will be for that length of time (even if it's just an increased dose of what you normally take). Like the pp said, something is better than nothing. I think what will effect someone the most, in terms of prolonged health, will be their diet and sugar intake.
