High protein baked goods for breakfast?
My oldest has crazy food issues and allergies. My strategy right now is high protein/fat baked goods, but they also have to be gluten, dairy, peanut, and treenut free.
So far we're doing: Black bean brownies Banana bean cake Banana muffins Banana pancakes Any other suggestions? Won't do meat or smoothies Sent from my KFOT using Tapatalk 2 |

Whatever I make has to be sweet or hewont eat it.
He loves cinnamon toast but can't handle that much gluten - I wonder if I can come up with some gf variation that doesn't involve me making a loaf of gf bread |
