Easter Dessert
I've been asked to make dessert for Easter dinner. There will be 8 adults, maybe 9 and three kids. I am not looking for anything cute-sy like cakes cut in rabbit shapes. So...what are you having? What is traditional for your family? I have a few ideas, but looking for more. Oh...no allergies or dietary restrictions involved.

Re: Easter Dessert
we have this one - it's fruity and creamy-ish (it's set like jello) and a yummy dessert to go with the traditional ham and potatoes - REALLY yummy - we've had it nearly every year since I was a kid - (without the extra pecans - made with butter pecan ice cream rather than plain vanilla)

Re: Easter Dessert
I think I'm going to make a homemade carrot cake with this frosting.
