Appetite Suppressant for DH
What do you reccommend?
DH is going to try again to lose weight and I think it would help if he had something to help keep his app down until is stomach shrinks...that way it will be easier to feel fuller on smaller portions. Right now he feels he needs WAY more to be full than is neccessary.

Re: Appetite Suppressant for DH
Others may be better qualified to answer this, but I've been putting milled flax seed in about everything I eat (you can't taste it) and it helps curb appetite for several hours. Or it could just be a mental thing, but if it works, it works! I've also heard that mixing a teaspoon or so of it in water an hour before meals helps you eat less too.

a tablespoon of coconut oil before each meal. It is really good for you and will help you feel full so you wont' eat as much and it helps with digestion.
Eat Fat, Lose Fat by Sally Fallon is a great book that explains this. |
