Diamond's best date balls ever!
I think I may have perfected the raw date ball recipe. They're easy and yummy and I thought I'd share:
Diamond's Date Balls 2 cups raw almonds (I did not soak them, but you could) 2 1/2 cups dates 1 1/2 tsp honey, agave nectar or other sticky sweetener 1 TBS coconut oil dried unsweetened coconut (optional) In the food processor, grind the almonds till pretty fine (how do I define it? lol o.k.--not powder, but well-ground) Add the dates, honey and coconut oil. Process till dates and nuts are evenly incorporated. Make into balls. Can roll in unsweetened coconut. |
