ideas for a pot luck meal (ready made)
Margaret has her Christmas party for her heritage girls tonight. In all the craziness I didn't learn about it until last night so little time to plan.
I need to bring a dish.. I can't get to the store for ingredients because DH has the car and I wont have time once he arrives to make anything. So I'm just going to pick up. I need gluten and dairy free suggestions because I'd like to make sure at least something is safe for her. (I know the leader is making GF/DF brownies so I'd rather do something more "main dish". a have several vegan members as well so that be nice but not a necessity. Ideas? I might have time to like heat or assemble things but not big prep and cook time. Truthfully I'm not sure.

Do you have anything on hand that might work?
My kids love turkey rolls -- just luncheon meat on a taco shell (corn soft shells are gluten free) and rolled up and sliced. If you want to pick up you could always do a simple rotisserie chicken. Fruit and yogurt dip? Veggies and dip?
