Best Soymilk?
I've been buying the organic stuff from Costco by the caseful, as ds is dairy intolerant. Since my milk came back in, he's apparently reacting to dairy in my milk as well, and so I've gone DF as well. I've tried hemp milk (good to cook with, don't love drinking it), and almond milk (too nutty ), and Soy, to me is the most tolerable...what's y'all's favorite brand?

Re: Best Soymilk?
Most people will probably tell you Silk. It's the most palatable for people new to soy. I've been vegan for over a decade, so I'm more used to the soy taste. The best, health-wise, I think is Edensoy (it's expensive though).
You can also try rice milk.

Re: Best Soymilk?
i also like silk but edensoy is good too. I prefer rice milk to anything but I have not tried more then that. Well that isnt true i did tryu goats milk before I became vegetarian but that wouldnt help anyone on this thread and plus it was nasty anyway. I tried another but it was a kroger soy brand.

Re: Best Soymilk?
I use the silk regular (not vanilla, but not totally unsweetened) for almost everything - I don't notice the flavor at all in my cooking or baking. If I need to make something like mac n cheese, I get the totally unsweetened kind. I do not, in fact, ever drink the stuff though (though dh points out that I do use it happily on cereal).
