Cornstarch?
I've been canning up a storm and loving every minute of it! I'm wondering though, as I prep to make peach pie filling, about cornstarch. I've been reading that I really should use something called ClearJel instead, but seeing as I don't really have the time to order some or the $ to, do you think it's fine to just use cornstarch?
This would just be for my family - I'm not planning to sell any.

Re: Cornstarch?
I used cornstarch in apple pie filling and had no problems at all.
