Re: September Dinners
It's hot today, so I put I'm doing THM Thai chicken in the crockpot and rice in the rice cooker. And I'm about to make no-bake cookies for after an school snack. (Because Littlest ate all the popsicles this morning. )

Re: September Dinners
Beef and broccoli using ground beef...I'm slipping in lentils disguised as beef and wondering if anyone will notice. I did that successfully with something else recently and no one did. One pound of good beef is enough $ for one meal, but not enough food if ykwim, plus more veggies for the win (if legumes count as veggies).

Re: September Dinners
I took the rest of the rotisserie chicken from last night and turned it in to chicken curry salid. Because it is to crazy hot to cook when I don't have ac.
Tomorrow is also hot and then we should finally be in the 60's and more normal tempitures. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Re: September Dinners
Tuna noodle casserole
This was in my newlywed rotation of about 5 things, and after a year or so my dh asked if I would please not make it for a long time. He hasn't seen it in years, so hopefully it won't traumatize him.

Tonight is "find whatever you like" night as I am sick and don't feel like cooking. I'm sure they will all survive
