expatmom Rose Garden Join Date: Mar 2005 Posts: 19,582	Healthy quick bread recipes please Does anyone have any suggestions for healthy quick breads? My only stipulation is it can't have any definable veggies or fruit in it, nor can it have a strong single fruit flavour (think banana bread). My dd1 is a carbaholic but won't eat my standard banana bread or pumpkin bread. I know she'd like something like a cinnamon coffee cake, but I want something more healthy for after school snacks. __________________
